In my dealings with people that want websites, I've found that a lot of people don't need their 'own' website, since they don't have a company or a product that they own, but they DO want to have an online store or business.
That's where Drop Shipping comes in. It's a perfect opportunity for someone to have their own online store, but they don't handle the products, or the shipping! You market someone else's product, and they handle all the customer service, etc, as you refer sales from your site to them.
